this length. A cut eye prevents the tail from tearing.

A must for forming the top eye in the wire when the condom is finished. This is easy to use, comes with instructions, and forms the top loop perfectly.
Each tool is tested and comes with a top loop made with the tool, so don’t send back faulty through misuse.
Handles up to .28 wires, no heavier or you will strain the tool slots. Use with care and it should last years.
We import this now ourselves, it does cost a little more but is the best wire former available for top loops.
