Delivery
- We deliver to all National and International addresses.
- We provide next day delivery to most UK addresses including England, Wales Southern & Central Scottish Mainland.
- Please allow two working days for delivery when ordering.
- Only Orders placed by 3pm will be eligible for next day delivery.
- Your delivery date will be confirmed as soon as possible after placing your order.
Supply
- All Orders are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
- Every attempt will be made to deliver your order as shown.
- All orders will be left at the delivery address.
- We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
Pricing
- Our prices are shown in UK pounds (GBP) and online transactions will take place in this currency;
all prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
- Every attempt is made to ensure that the prices shown are correct, but in the event of an incorrect price
we will notify you and give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
Postage / Carriage
- We charge postage at cost, and will calculate this for you; your invoice will show the amount of goods
and postage.
- We send most goods by first class post or CityLink.
- The charge for small Jiffy Bag items is £1.00 to £2.00.
- Reels are approximately £2.75.
- For Hooks, all UK deliveries are £1.00 for any quantity; and for the Rest of World deliveries our
charge is a standard £2.50 for any quantity.
- Condoms and Condom Kits containing leads require more postage.
- Please feel free to give us a ring if you require more information; always remember our main priority is to
get the goods to you as quickly as possible.
Credit / Debit Card Security
- We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo
and Delta.
- To ensure total online security, we use a secure web server (https://) to ensure that your
credit/debit card details are encrypted. (Look for the Padlock symbol for safe buying).
